Please check your products in presence of the delivery person and let us know if any problems found. You can only return the product upon delivery (Except additional lens customization) by giving the "delivery charge" if it doesn't meet your expectations.
If you couldn't check the product during delivery, you can initiate an exchange. Call us or contact us on Facebook Messenger within 24 hours of delivery. Pack the product as received and our delivery personnel will facilitate the exchange upon delivery of the new product.
