We offer Cash on Delivery, Bkash, Nagad, and SSLCOMMERZ payment gateway. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, inclusive of taxes and delivery charges.
Shipping and Delivery:
We provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh. Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on your order's shipping destination. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Expect a maximum delivery time of 5 days within Dhaka and 10 days outside Dhaka.
Returns and Refunds:
Please check your products in the presence of the delivery person and let us know if any problems are found. You can only return the product upon delivery (Except additional lens customization) by paying the "delivery charge" if it doesn't meet your expectations.
In case of refund, we will refund the product price, Partial refunds may apply for customized lens orders.
